Welcome to the Watkins Associated Industries (WAI) Employee Benefits Site.

WAI is an organization rich in family tradition and entrepreneurial spirit that began with our founder, Bill Watkins. Today, WAI is ranked as one of the top 20 privately-held companies in the state of Georgia, while one of our subsidiaries, Watkins Motor Lines, is among the top 10 less-than-truckload carriers in the nation. WAI interests include:

  • Watkins Motor Lines, Highway Transport, Land Span and Sunco Carriers, which carry freight to all major U.S. markets.
  • Wilwat Properties and Watkins Associated Developers build apartment complexes and shopping centers.
  • Tucker Door and Trim manufactures commercial and custom doors and windows.
